H&R wheels spacers for EX35

Hi all

Why the H&R TRAK+® wheels spacers will fit almost every single infiniti models except EX35???

http://hrsprings.com/scripts/appguide.php?Mode=Make+Guide&SubMode=FindTrak&MakeID=15

Any expert can confirm if the spacers will fit EX35? I guess the EX shares the same system as the G sedan??

Thanks.

If bolt pattern is the same, then the last thing you need to check is the hub bore. If it's 66.1 mm, any of the fx35/fx45/g35/350z will work.

You can also buy generic spacers with a larger hub bore as it will fit -- except won't be hub centric. So unless you're really good at bolting the wheels dead on, you will most likely get a shimmy or steering wheel shake.

I have a generic adapter/spacer -- but it's for my spare wheel/tire for emergencies only.

I know some that have non-hub centric spacers in the rear with no issues, but definitely use hub centric for the front.

Those Ichiba V2 spacers are hub centric - they come with a ring sized to the bore of your car. Here's a photo of my Ichiba V2s - with the hub ring. In the last three photos of the post, there is one fitting the hub ring to the hub, then the next one is placing the spacer over that, then the last photo is the wheel installed.

And that link I posted could also be the DIY for installing the spacer if you need. If Ichiba makes a kit specific to the EX, then that means the hub ring is specific and the spacer itself is generic. It's the same spacer they sell for any car with the same bolt pattern - only the hub ring makes it car-model specific.

I've used these spacers for a long time now. Just for peace of mind an alignment & balance would be a good idea, but not required.

Can anyone compare H&R with Ichiba wheel sapcers in terms of quality?

Both are top notch, you can't go wrong with either.

I personally went with H&R due to made in Germany and they have good quality control -- but nothing to make them significantly different than Ichiba.

I'd go with whichever is cheaper or if you have a brand loyalty. There are ebay ones that are made of similar materials and are hub centric for much less, that I would probably get too (no brand name, just CNC'd themselves).
