Pit, Initially (with the stock 18" wheels/rubber), there was an obvious improvement in the center of gravity when negotiating corners at higher speeds. Braking was also marginally more confident, as the vehicle exhibited less brake dive. As an example: A few days prior to the install, i took a nice long sweeping on ramp onto the 15S in San Diego at approximately 100mph and I'm pretty sure I was at the limit as the EX exhibited a nice drift as she started to loss grip from body roll and higher COG. After install (and still on the stock wheels) I took the same on ramp at the same time and weather conditions at about 115 and was confident I could push her just a bit more before experiencing the same 'drift' and loss of grip felt previously. As for NVH, there was an almost imperceivable increase in cabin rattles in the rear and on extremely uneven/rough surfaces i noticed a more 'connected' feeling to the road (ie. Increase harshness) almost comparable to a stock g35s or 37s. One important note: I noticed a slight rear axle 'hop' (as a live axle sometimes does) over rough bump or dips at higher speeds when in sweeping corners or straights. This increased a bit after the new 20x10's were installed. My thinking is the H&R rear springs may be too high a spring rate for the weight of the EX (as it seems they used an identical rate as found in their FX kit) and perhaps a little bit can be contributed to a need for additional dampening via new shocks or a possible adjustment in camber, etc. I will say this: After the installation of the new rubber on the 20's, the EX was actually QUIETER and rode NICER than the stock rubber! No more weird 'Infiniti' road noise/hum from the front and steering and grip was more positive... HUGE improvement in the communication to the driver and less bump steer in the front. I hope this helps... I tried my best to give you the positives & negatives for you. Please let me know if I need to expound on anything.
Cheers!
