Guys who have coilovers in areas that get snow

Just wondering how long you've had your coilovers? i want to get coilovers next week but i don't want to have to buy new coilovers ever couple years. Can the coilovers handle winter weather with salt and whatever else

2 years so far without any issues. I try to get an undercarriage flush as often as possible in the winters.

They will be fine - you can always put Anti-seize on the threads if you're concerned. Put it on afterwards after you lock in the adjustment.

I had to heat up one tein Supersport out of 4. About 5 years on it, 5 chicago winters.

KSports, will almost always blow out least one by the 4 year mark.

I haven't seen much on bcracing and Megan yet.

Overall they will be fine because most people don't really raise them up after the first winter, mainly due to laziness. Antisieze can help, or get washed off. They just are a little harsh in the winter...

Thanks guys, from reading i was under the impression that our coilovers don't do well in harsh weather. I was thinking of getting h&r's but i think i know what i will be getting now

As long as you bring your car into a spray down car wash place at least once a months and spray the threading on the coilovers you should be fine.

Jefferson, how long have you had your coilovers? The rear shocks are unadjustable because of the effects of the weather?
