GT-Spec Rear brace install drop change

They did mark the cams/washers and there appeared to be no movement after tightening them down both times.

Doesnt the loosen/tighten thing add more drop?
 
i'm considering getting alignment, just to ease my mind. Will that help? I put the braces on myself with jackstands/in the air. Nothing appeared to shift when I put the braces on.
