GT-R Wheel Swap Doable?

Wow, you're not kidding. I just checked TireRack's listed weights for non-run flats in this size and the lightest (Hankooks) was 27 lbs. So I could drop 25 lbs. between the 2 rears by switching to those when it's time for new tires. That is incredible.

If those tires are in good shape you could sell them......

You would then be @ 52.75 Lbs.........

Can we see more pics?

I have 20" FX50 sport rims on my 12 EX - and Im having the hardest time finding another wheel that is a thick 5 spoke concave....Stance and Vossen are too thin in the spokes for me.

thx

I had a heck of a time locating somebody to swap me the half set of the 2013 style wheels so I'm selling that set and going with the 2010 gunmetals as they're easier to find...

Thanks. Those OEM front EX35 wheels are only 18's. The GT-R wheels are 20's. The odd thing is that the 2013 GT-R wheels I had one there (with the same exact tires) had the same measurements but seemed to fill the wheel well more. Must be a trick of the eye with the color of the newer wheel being darker or something.

Are the cars still drivable with these low tires? I mean still fairly comfortable?

Not as comfortable as stock, but certainly livable and drivable. That tire looks like there's decent sidewall for a 20" wheel. Right now my wife drives a car with much lower profile tires than that, 245/30/20 and 285/25/20. Even in the city, it's fine, just have to avoid potholes a little bit.
