Hi all,

I'm looking to install a USB interface for my 2005 fx.

Did some research and got some mixed reviews.

Mediabridge supposedly the better one however lacks bass?

Is there an alternative that someone here is using that's pretty good?

Mainly, all I want is to be able to play my Music through USB that shows the songs and what not on the screen.

Sorry one more question, if I do go with the Mediabridge do I get the media bridge 1500? or 1503? I don't care about Sat but I have the sat button. Thanks

Thanks!

I has an older version GROM Audio via USB, volume was low and unstable. I'm currently using Dice MediaBridge, bass was flat with stock radio. I added an aftermarket amp and sub to stock. I play both USB and BT from phone through MB with good bass.

Thanks,

If you know the answer to this question that'd be extremely helpful haha

I want to retain my satellite radio I believe my car has it built in as I can see the serial Id code

If I want to retain it can I without getting all the modules needed with the media bridge?

Am I able to just use factory Sat along with mediabridge 1500?

Thx

Don't have any experience with Mediabridge but I did get the GROM unit about 5 years ago. It was horrible. I eventually ended up sending it back for a refund after about 6 months of back and forth with the company. I give them credit, they tried real hard to get me some programming that worked correctly with my car but after numerous tries with numerous files we both called it quits. The few times that i did have a file that was close to working correctly(function wise) it had very low sound output.
