I would have to say that you should buy HID kits local to you, warranty is very important. Buying kits for $30 or $40 from ebay is a one shot thing. Most don't last.

It would be great if you can find someone in your area that would also be able to install the kit for you and offer extra warranty.

This is what I did with my fog hid kit and while I paid about $140 installed 2yrs ago I was given a 2yrs warranty if anything went wrong.

I used to use DDM, no longer.

Go big or go home. I stick to TheRetrofitSource.com for all my HID needs. Pricey, but you get what you pay for.
