I'm very interested in the Gio Spidero's and i found some in 22's for a real good price but the only problem is they are 5x120 and the offset is +10. Is it any way I can make these work with adapter and it's safe?

Yeah that's what I was thinking. I was just hoping someone would tell me a way on how to make it work. Thank you!

adapters are going to be expensive, and with a +10 offset (assuming the rims are 8 inches wide) you are going to stick out and with adapters all to more. .. so ya you can make it work but it would look ridiculous. listen to the admin (Jeff), he knows his rims

Thanks for the input guys. I'll just wait. Something better will come up! Those wheels are my number 1 choice of wheels though.

I am looking to get these rims as well in 20". The price on ebay is extremely low from rims4lessnyc but like you said they don't have our fitments. Maybe since you want a set and I want a set we can convince them to order because the price is unbeatable! I emailed them and they said they could drill the hole to fit but I definitly don't want that.

If they know what they are doing then it will work. My wheels only come in 5x112 and my shop re-drilled them to a 5x114 and I have no issues. I have had them for a little over 3 years not and about 85,000 miles.

I think I want to get 20s for price of wheel and ride quality purposes but I know 22s would look alot better. Is there a big difference in ride quality/handling?

i've called them today about the gianelle spidero and redrilling the 120 to 114.3 and they say its not possible due to the fact that it doesnt have a center cap...?

but you can redrill the rim at your local shop and they fill have the previous holes filled in with a type of metal i believe.

I can only imagine how these would ride.
I too am a big fan of the spidero 22's.
The black machined ones are sweet.
Powdercoated completely black would be the perfect setup IMO But that would cost extra because they don't make em that way.

I can vouch for the all black look! For the right price I might be willing to part with mine which happen to have new tires and just got powder-coated less then a week ago..

Why would you want to part with such a sweet wheelset?
I just bought a set of OEM 20's I plan to have powdercoated, but I haven't done it yet. I haven't purchased tires yet either.
What do you want for your wheel / tire package? Send me a PM. I may be interested...
Peace
