GIOVANNA DALAR 22 x 9.0 Black help

Hey, I have been browsing through the sites forums and noticed one other guy that has these wheels on here.
My question is I have looked at a bunch of stores online and the cheapest I can find is $300 a wheel.
I am new to buying rims online so I have been skeptical to place an order.
The ones I'm looking at are the 22x9 +38mm Offset.
Any pointers would be super helpful!

Make sure you get hub centric rings to size the bore to 66.1 mm and the bolt pattern going to be 5x114.3. If you wanted the wheels to flush with the fenders, you will most likely needs some 25 mm wheel spacers with the given offset.
 
Wheels will fit fine, but will not be flush. It will however push out more than oem wheels so it will look way better.
