I think this constitutes a lemon ! If they have to start replacing entire engines,
wiring , fuel systems etc. it's time to admit there's an elephant in the house !!
New or at least replacement car time , not just a piece at a time . Don't let
your patience rule out a fair settlement on this, the next guy is going to get
the same lame excuses and treatment .![]()
see I was wondering that so I did a little research into the Lemon Law. Turns out in New York it only applies within two years from the original purchase date or 18,000 miles. My car is a 2006 and has 40,000 miles on it I'm SOL as far as that goes.
Believe me I'd gladly sell it back for my full purchase price. I'm still kinda pissed I didn't get the intellikey when I got it.
