I've noticed recently everytime I go to put gas in, it never fills the full tank. I have prob 1/8 left on the gauge but the pump stops. Does anyone know why that is and how I can fi this issue? Thanks for the help.

Btw, I'm selling the 24s, too much rubbing in the rear fenders and a pain to deal with so I'm back on my stock 20s.

I searched and found this thread Mike.......

Thanks for the helpful link.

Did I say that? It sounds like something I would say. Haha.
One of the tires has a crack in the sidewall and I can't just replace one. Especially at $450/tire. I'm also planning on selling the FX soon so I figure I sell the rims separately.

I had the same issue with the gas level, I took it to the dealer and they replced both fuel senders and the issue is gone

Me Too!

I am, unfortunately having the same problem. My case is slightly worse. I went to fill up the other week and my gas guage was on E with my fuel light on. I filled up, and I was only able to put about 13-14 gallons into the tank. With the 35 having a 23 gallon tank, there is alomost 20 gallons of gas not registering! I took it to a local repair shop, and they just replaced the fuel sender unit, not the other sender that is along with the fuel filter. I haven't filled up since then, but I am still having the same problem on the rest of the current tank. I don't know if this will fix it, but if not, I will try having the other fuel sender unit replaced along with the fuel filter. Good Luck!
