G37s muffler

Well last week I ordered a Tanabe knock off axel back that hasn't arrived yet. In the mean time I came across a good deal on a complete G37 exhaust. So today I put on the G37 muffler and have to say I'm a little disappointed. It doesn't seem much louder at all. I know I haven't extended the tips, but it just doesn't seem like that big of a difference. I will post a video as soon as I figure out how to do it without YouTube.
 
I had it on my ride and i noticed a big difference than stock for sure.
 
Yes from a coupe. The sedan has two mufflers. With a load ( while driving ) it sounds better than just sitting in park revving. I'll be putting the fake Tanabe mufflers on this week anyway. If they sound obnoxious ill switch back to the g37 and extend the tips.
 
You may also need the coupes resonator to obtain the same sound. While the muffler determined the sound the resonator determines how loud that sound is

Well installed the axle back last night and the wife said " it's too loud" lol soooooo I put the G37 muffler back on and got the tips extended today ;)

By the way, it is a lot louder in person.
