G37 exhaust on my QX50? Possible?

Hi All, I'm a proud owner of a 2015 QX50. When I bought the car, I thought I'd have the same sound as the sound on the G37 (since it's the same engine--VQ37(VHR))......I was wondering if the G37 exhaust would fit on my QX50 or would it restrain the power or cause something negative. I don't want to buy an after market exhaust. Can somebody help and clarify? Thanks.

It mostly fits, plenty of posts around here somewhere.

You have to extend the tips, I believe.

I put a Borla on mine, kept the tips. Sounds like a boy car now.
