Hey so last night in the rain i turned on the wipers. now i cant turn them off. they are stuck on high. i have checked the manual for wiper repair. the manual only says to use the consult tool. my guess is the relay is burnt out but i cant find the wiper relay. really frustrating the electrics in this car. if anyone can help. i tried many searches and couldnt find anything documented here or elsewhere.

Sounds like a bad wiper switch on the steering column to me. i doubt its the relay. Possibly the wiper motor shorted internally causing itto stay on high. But id check the switch first.
i changed the wiper stalk with a new one. was a very simple change but it didnt work. i am starting to think its the ipdm. i removed the green 30a fuse from the ipdm and the wipers stop. so i believe the relay in the ipdm is bad. but from what i can tell the relay is built in to the ipdm. so do i order a new one for around 500$? whats the best ideas?
