Front and rear lower black bumper trim

I wanted to know if anyone knows where I can get that matte finish lower black bumper trim for the front and rear bumper. I scratched both the them.. Will I be able to get them without having to get new bumpers? I cant find the part number...

They are a part of the entire bumper cover and not available separately.
