I going to this since my brother bought some tickets. Im not really into drifting, but cars and speed, I can't resist.

This will be my first at a drift event.

So just to let SoCal peeps know it they want to check it out.

Drifting takes over TOYOTA Speedway this Saturday
(October 11) with Formula Drift holding the FINAL FIGHT featuring the top drivers in the sport. Spectator gates open at 2 p.m., qualifying is scheduled to begin at 2:30 p.m., opening ceremonies at 7 p.m. with competition scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
Entering its fifth season, Formula DRIFT Championship is recognized as the North American professional drifting championship series. The first official series in North America, Formula DRIFT features drivers intentionally maneuvering their cars into well-executed, controlled sideways slides at high speeds through a marked course.

Looked like a good time. I would have liked to make it out, i'm just down the 605fw. but my weekend with the kids. I like the white GTR. I saw my first GTR yesterday morning on the rear of a truck with new Nissan's and Infiniti FX'es, 605 and 10 fw. Impressive in person.

you could have brought the kids, allot of kids there (I brought my 7 y.o. nephew).

Ya the new GTR is real nice and HUGE in person.
 
If I had boys im sure they would have liked tohave gone out there but I have 2 girls that are not interested in cars to say the least.
