Fog light module

Sorry if this has been asked before but I wanted to know if KP technologies fog light module will work on a 2nd gen fx? If so has any installed one and done a DIY?

I tried to install it on mine and the instructions were from an 05 g35...the wiring is totally different. I contacted them about it and they argued that it should be the same. My mechanic/electric guy took the time to check 20+ wires to look for the one that commands the fog light relay and after an hour I decided to just have a hard switch installed, wired to the ignition. Works the same, there's just a switch under the dash for the fogs now.

I had the KPtech foglight relay on my last car and it worked for a while but then gave me issues with my HIDS....I would just wire a hard switch.

yeah just cut and splice the fog light wires to a new switch-- easieest route to go

Or you could just block the light sensors on the dash and have all your lights on all the time ....that's what I did.

he wants them on separately from the headlights.
