just browsed thru some youtube videos and noticed that some of you [jbaker] use fogs as DRL [or without the headlamps on].
Is there a easy way to accomplish that ?:)

thanks,
chris

kptechnologies' independent fog light controller. If you can do simple wiring (5ish wires total) then you should be fine, it's a module that you install.

I wouldnt see why not there should not be anything different with the wiring in that model year you just have to know what wires to tap into to use the module. there is not specific year on the website.

Is there a DIY on how to install the module?

post pictures and what you did Jordan! I'm sure other 2nd gens might be interested!

Wired it to the ignition and installed an independent switch mounted under the dash...lol. The stalk switch doesn't do anything now but I can have the fogs on whenever I want. This was essentially the "easier" way to do it.

functionalities and option combo with headlights
:
-headlight on Auto - fogs off but maybe switched on using the usual fog controls
-headlight on DTRL - fogs on along with DTRL
-headlight on manual (low beam)- fogs on along with headlight
-headlight on manual (high beam) - fogs remains on with headlight

I love these multiple headlight / fog lights combo options modes to choose from
