FM Radio Title and Artist

I might be going crazy but for some reason I can not see the artist or title of any song while on FM radio. Sirius and Cds seem to be fine. Is this not available on a 2006? hard to believe. Any input? Btw I have a 06 M35x with Navi.

I think it depends on a couple of factors:

1) Quality of transmission you're receiving
2) Whether or not the station you are listening to uses RDS.

Quality is excellent and they do use RDS. The same stations worked on my aftermarket unit in the max.

Hmm. Not sure then. Mine works, but at first it didn't.
