Got the light on, but all my tires have air. Monitor reads 32/27/28/32.
I know I'm off, & I have a teeny tiny leak in one tire, but why the warning?
Is it because of the 5 lb spread? anyone else encounter this?
I dont want to have to reset either. Will filling them up to even kill the light?

27 or below will bring on the light. Just fill it back up and it will reset once it retakes the reading.
I always keep my tires at 38-40

It might be TBS related - hahaha
Im just giving you a hard time Dave......

I believe so, i had a flat tire they day i left for vacation and my uncle txted me that the tire was completely flat. When i got back from vacation, i repaired the tire back to normal, and ran it for a couple of miles for the low pressure logo to turn off.

on colder days, mine reads as low as 5lbs less on some tires. once I get them rolling, they're ok. I used to take my FX to JiffyLube. They set them to 32lbs. I since do 40lbs. and have not had the issue.

Silly question coming here guys. But on my TPMS screen it just reads four readings in a downward list:

34
34
34
34

How do you know which reading correlates to which wheel? I assume it's f/l, f/r, r/l, r/r but it's not very intuitive.

You dont. I know on mine though just from living with it for a while. Outside numbers are right side, Inside numbers are Left. I dont think it's designed that way, but you could alwys deflate one at a time & then mentally make a note.

Thanks Dave.

Well that confirms the FX's most utterly useless-as-plastic-bollocks feature no doubt. :eeerr:

There is no method to the madness. You will just find out by trial and error. Mine are top and bottom equals the rears and the inner 2 are the fronts. Wish they had a picture with the corresponding tires pressure.

I m thankful that there is a reading. My brother-in-laws' 08 Nissan Frontier its just has a indicator light to tell him he has low tire pressure.

but I agree, it should give info on which tire the pressure reading is for.
