SERVICE INFORMATION:
Occasionally customers may notice water and moisture in the exterior lamps. This is generally NOT due to a defect.
The following information, illustrations, and flow chart are provided to help you in determining if this incident for
water/condensation in lamps is normal or not.
All current exterior lamp assemblies are vented to the atmosphere (not sealed).
• This is necessary to allow for expansion and contraction of air from temperature "variations" (warmer or
colder) without damage to the lamp.
• Moisture in the air sometimes "travels" into and out of the lamp assembly through these vents.
• Certain environmental conditions may cause moisture to condense.
• The fogging/cloudiness should disappear over time when the lamp is in a dry environment.

We had this crazy temperature drop overnight, and when I went outside this morning I noticed that both my headlights and fog lights had some moisture build up in them that just had appeared overnight. Anyways I could of sworn there was a TSB on it. SO I looked it up and found it. Anyways I'm just letting everyone know that it's NORMAL. If it's happened to anyone don't worry =].

Thanks for the info. I just recently bought a new set of Sport taillights. It happened to me once.

It's common. My old house was waterfront (nature preserve/bayou and ocean in the front and boat canal in the back) my lights would fog all the time in the colder months.

It happens to me too with both of my tail lights. Everytime I wash the car moisture fogs up in the tail light lens. Definately normal as the bulletin says it is:tup:

The only time I'd assume it's not normal is if a pool a water fills up the exterior lamps. Then you got a seal problem. But this bulletin only applies to Infiniti vehicle's with slight condensation/moisture which is normal.
