Expecting a delivery of the car. Any suggestions?

my car is being shipped from another state. So i am sure car will come dirty as sh@t. So i won't be able to see if it has any scratches or somethig due to shipment. Car is brand new,so no existing scratches on it.

My question is following : when delivery truck arrives to my place,can i ask a driver to let me go wash car quickly and then examine it in front of him to see if it had any damage due to shipment? or i must sign paper that i accpet car the way it is and take dirty car and be on my own if it has any damage after being clean? Any ideaS? :sad:

That's what I mean. The only option you have is to ask the delivery guy about washing it. Just be cordial and give him a tip, I'm sure he'll stick around for a few minutes.
 
I am not sure of the process, but the tip will be very helpful. We sent a couple cars to Russia for my friends family and his business associates. All I did was the prepurchase inspection for them and storing, the cars went to port and I never saw them again. He said they arrived safely and everything was fine. So I assume your situation will be the same.
