Exhaust Help!!!

Hey everyone, a couple months ago I installed a Stillen Dual Catback Exhaust on my 2010 Infiniti QX56. Initially, it was a great exhaust till I started having serious issues with drone noise. When I'm driving on the highway at low RPMs there is a loud droning noise that really gives you a headache after a while. I've realized replacing my exhaust was a bad decision especially for a family vehicle. This drone noise would be a killer on long drives so I needed your advice on what I can do to eliminate this drone noise. I thought about replacing the exhaust to OEM or another brand but that is too expensive. So if you guys can help me out I'll greatly appreciate it!

I was thinking of installing resonators but I don't know which ones to get exactly because I know nothing about resonators haha. I'd never expected to be stuck in such a situation like this.

Straight through resonators won't do much for drone, these laminar flow mufflers are not straight through so certain soundwaves have a chance to bounce around and cancel each other out. Since you have a dual exhaust I would put one on each pipe, probably right before the muffler on the straight section. I used hp-2 on my sons legacy and it was the only thing that worked for getting rid of the annoying drone, we tried 3 different resonators and each one did barely anything, the hp-2's made a huge difference.

Have you considered adding some sound deadening material? A couple layers might go a long way to reduce that annoying drone.

UPDATE: Ended up going to the dealership to switch back to the OEM and got a great deal! Now it's all nice and quiet for a summer road trip!
