I'm hoping someone with electrical expertise is lurking. Got an odd gremlin in my 2015 QX70.
My QX70 acts like the driver's door window module is bad. The armrest is not illuminated, the windows don't work, and the auto lock doesn't work. It will intermittently function properly, which led me to open the door and check the wiring and module. Everything seemed fine. I added a little deoxit to the connectors for good measure and reassembled them. It seemed to be working.
Now the catch - if the engine is on, the intermittent functionality returns. If the engine is off (aux power on, of course), everything works as expected.
Any thoughts regarding what would change with the engine running versus Aux power only?
