Hi everyone, Does anyone know where is the ECU coolant temp sensor?
The sensor is no longer reading the increasing engine temp and so the ECU is assuming the car is still cold and is supplying air/fuel in a much more rich mixture than it would on a hot engine. When I'm driving is ok no problem but once I stop or at idle I feel a shake and hear a poping noise from the muffler. I've been told that once I replace this sensor my problem would be fixed. I already checked the O2 sensor and the MAF, so this is my last chance to get this fixed.

P.D. is there another sensor for the temp gauge and a different one for the ECU? the sensor I bought is this one, is this the right one? Check the link
