DVD / EMS not working!

I need your help with my dvd / MES system.
It wont start at all, like it has no power / electricity. Is there any fuse for this?
I have searched and changed all fuses in the car down near the floor and also the ones near the battery, havent looked in the 3´rd fuse place under the battery but can it be there?

Please help me, i think many have had the same problem.

It´s the MES system with the dvd near the floor in the back seat and roof lcd.
 
Isn´t it someone out there who have had the same problem? I would be really happy if someone could help me!
Have also problem with the front fog lights, I have today changed all fuses even the ones behind the battery but still not working.

So 2 big problem, the DVD / Screen in the rear seat and now the fog lights. Please help a new owner like me.
