DRL Not working

I tried searching but all I got was a problem where DRL wouldn't turn off.

In my case, they don't come on. This morning I noticed when I was pulling up to a coffee shop that my lights are off. Messing around with them for 2 min I did notice that the bulbs do come on when I turn the headlight knob one click. All the other lights work normally.
I have LEDs as DRLs.

Any suggestions?
 
I checked the fuse under the hood, it seems fine. Does anyone know where DTRL module in on the FX35 so I can check that. I will try and change the bulbs to the OEM ones to see if that fixes the problem. If it doesn't I am stumped
 
I don't see anything on the BCM that says DTRL, nothing that would indicate there are any fuses there, or relays or anything. There is a fuse in the fuse box under the hood by the battery, but that's about it I can find on that.
 
The IPDM controls all the lights....fogs, headlights and high beams. It's the fuse box behind the battery.
