Driver side tyre/steering drags to the left when braking

I recently noticed that when i depress my brake pedal the driver side tyre drags to the left as well as the steering. Pls help. What might be the cause?

what ends up happening is that the tire is constantly "pulling" to the side you're low on air... if u drive straight on a highway you will notice that it will pull too but its more noticeable when u hit the brakes.... if its not that, then it could be a multitude of other things... steering components (bad alignment, tie rod ends, steering linkage), bad tires (shifted belts, uneven wear) or bad brakes (frozen caliper, frozen sliding pins)... so start with the basic and start ruling out
