Driver side rear brakes wearing way too fast?!

Hi everybody, new to the forum here. It's not mine but my girlfriend has an 06 FX35 AWD. We got it in May of 2014. Shortly after we bought it I replaced the rear brake pads, as the driver's side pads were worn down to nothing. Well less than a year later, and maybe 15,000 miles, give or take, the driver's side rear pads are worn down to the metal completely through the pads again. Caliper is ruined this time too. However, the passenger side pads look almost brand new... So I replaced pads and rotors on both sides. That was back in July. So here we are just a few months later and the driver's side rotor is starting to get some scoring, and I can tell the pads are getting low, but the passenger side is fine. What gives?
I read the post from a few days/weeks ago about uneven brakes already but was wondering if anybody has had this happen or can shed some light on what's going on and why it is happening so fast? Thanks

Sounds like you have a stuck caliper or a collapsed brake hose. I would take both rear caliper off the rotor, remove the pads, pump the brake, and go check to see if the piston fully extended. If not you have a stuck caliper. When you back-in the piston, try to feel if the piston is back in smoothly and with the same amount of pressure. Also take a closer look at the brake hose to see if there any bubbled/swelled section on the hose.

Ok cool. A stuck caliper makes sense. I'm going to take it apart and check it tomorrow. If if is stuck do I just have to replace the caliper to solve that problem? I'll follow the lines too to see if any of the hoses are messed up, but how would a swelled hose cause that? I'll check for all that stuff tomorrow but I'm just curious.
