Drive side window seal / weather strip

Hi guys

Everytime I roll my windows up or down on the driver side only, the verticle side that runs adjacent with the window going up/down keeps peeling. However, if i get someone from outside the car to push against the window inwards whilst the window is rolling up then the seal doesnt get all twisted or pulled/peeled and it works fine.

anyone else have this problem? I FEEL like even if i replaced the seal it would still get peeled off in no time because everytime i tuck the seal snug back in like how a new one would fit, the problem still exists. soo annoying.. i want to install window vents but can't until i fix this.

I'm suspecting that the glass maybe miss-aligned or the assembly that raises and lower the glass is bind. Does the glass feel loose? Lower the glass enough (maybe half way down) and see if the glass has any movement at all. I would try to re-seat the glass (be careful as the glass is heavy) or operate the window and see if it move up/down smoothly with the interior door panel/trim removed.
