I was told it works just fine, but I will prove that sometime early next year. I would've had the UTEC w/ my STS kit, but that deal fell through horribly, so instead I'm going with a completely custom kit fabricated @ AMS in West Chicago.
I will definitely update on all that at that time, but as for right now all I can say is I've been told several times that the 350Z UTEC works with the FX35.
