Does a sunroof requires any special treatment?

Does sunroof requires any special treatment?
Fall is incoming and I would like to prevent any leaks or malfunctions of the sunroof so any advice are welcomed.

I always keep my drain holes on the moonroof cleaned out twice a year. Sometimes a leaf or dirt may get caught in there anytime I have the roof open. Better safe than sorry I guess lol.
