Hi - I acquired my Infiniti QX56 back in April of 2023. All was well until a couple weeks ago. I am getting po300- multiple misfires, po301- obvs cyl 1 misfire, and now add a po430! If anyone can help I would appreciate it. I have changed out spark plugs, ande boots, even the #1 cylinder ignition coil pack and still misfiring.
