Did you know carfax reports

Hello all

I'm a Swiss Guy and have ordered a fx 35 in the USA (imported)

I have made a research in yahoo.com with the VIN of my car and found a 1st report in carfax.com.

Did you use the carfax reports ?

Did you have another possibility to know if a car is a new car or had problem in the past

in my opinion Carfax isn't very accurate, here's why... Yes, I used it when I was shopping around for car back in Feb.-Mar of 2007, I paid for one month's subscription. Well, just out of curiosity I Carfax'd my old car... which has been in an accident, but no police report, the record came up clean... it was about $4k-$5k worth of damage. Then, of course, I Carfax'd the FX that I ended buying, which... of course came up clean... by looking at certain part(s) of the car, I can tell there has been body work done on it. It drives fine, so no complaints, but I, sometimes wonder what happened with the previous owner. It's also in the Infiniti's information data that the previous owner had an issue with hatchback (door)
