Dial behind glovebox

Hey IS! So the other day I was switching my footwell bulbs to LED behind the glovebox of my 09 fx35 and I came across a dial/knob...for anyone who's been back there before have you guys noticed it? Or know what it's for? I'll post a picture of it this weekend when I'm off....
 
I've been to the back and seen the glovebox. There wasn't anything abnormal dial/knob that I could see. Perhaps a picture?
 
I'll get behind there for a picture this weekend, but I turned it up thinking it's for the lock/unlock beep when you press the door handle button. But I noticed my oem alarm goes off when a Harley or import with a loud exhaust drives by my car.....do we even have an oem alarm? :tdown:

The first Gen didn't have any motion detectors in the alarm. It was what's called a "passive" alarm. You most likely have an aftermarket alarm installed on your FX.
 
That's it right there! But it didn't say impact sensor on it....thanks @krycks i guess no need to go back in there this weekend
