DFW Members-Things to see and do?

So I'm headed to Texas for the first time and I'm headed to DFW! I'm excited and desperately needed a little get away. Are there any things or restaurants I have to go to?

My itenerary so far is the Kimbell Art Museum, Dealey Plaza (of course), maybe Cowboy Stadium. Oh and I want to check out the Joulle Hotel in downtown.

Anything else?

Aside from Cowboy Stadium, I don't know what any of those other places are.

The Joule hotel downtown is neat. Try to look up the nearest "Babe's Chicken Dinner House" for some great food.

I'm assuming Dealey Plaza is where Kennedy was shot, but I've never referred to it by name.
