It's pretty straight forward... Pull the lower moulding at the bottom of the door off, then there should be another piece that goes right beside the e-brake pedal that should only have 1 screw to remove... Then there's about 4-6 screws to remove that panel... It'll need a decent tug after all the screws are out...
