Dash Kits

Hey Gang,

I'm stuck between various dash kits.
It's a black on black '07

I can't decide between wood grain, Traditional Carbon Fiber (black), or a grey/silver carbon fiber I found by clicking around a few days ago.

I'm also deciding on how far to go... if i just swap out the current aluminum pieces for the new kit.. or go further (there are kits from 6 pieces to 22 pieces)

Does anyone have pics of their Dash kits to share?
I'd love to see some various types in place (and would be a cool reference thread to add pics to over time).

Also, from anyone who has done a dash kit.. any advice or warnings (tricky spots)?

I ordered 6pcs carbon dash kit for the roof to see how well it is going to blend w my FX. Its gonna be delivered to home around Oct 21. So, I will let you know after I'm done with it!!!!

Sorry for the crappy angle - posting this made me realized I don't have any interior shots of my car!

This trim kit is OEM, but you can see I have the aluminum over the radio controls. I've seen other FXs out there with the brushed aluminum, but more often there is nothing around the radio - it remains black.

Looks sweet Jumosrule. I like the covers you put on the pedals and footrest (was looking at those as well). I was pretty curious how the kit would look around the AC vents to, your pic shows that well.

Actually everything you see was OEM - I didn't do any trim aftermarket, including the pedals.

the aluminum over the vents and where the buttons is an aftermarket addon/dealer option, not an OEM option.

the pedals, however, come with the sport package from the factory

i installed some gray wood kit on mine, but not all of them. i did it to cover the scratches on the aluminum and cover the bare black plastic on the door. here's the link:

i got them from ebay. expect fitting to be slightly off. the hardest part was setting the biggest piece with is the middle section since you cant move it once it sets. lots of immediate trial and removal on that piece. other than that, time and patience.
