About 2 weeks ago, the Odometer and trip odometer no longer show after (or before) starting the engine. Has this happened to anyone else? All the other gauges are lit and seem to be functioning fine.

Try smacking on top of the dash board with the key on. If it flickers or comes on u might have a bad connection behind the cluster. Sometimes using some electricalcontact cleaner on the plug works if thats the case

Are you saying the LCD displays of the odometer and trip odometer no longer display? If so, most likely you will have to look for replacement cluster. They often pops up on ebay. To get to the connector, you have to remove the cluster from the dash in order to get to the connectors. I highly doubts that was the case though, but a quick smash doesn't hurt any just to see.
