Damn InVidia Exhaust Drone is LOUD. Anyone else?

Sup guys. Any of you guys with the invidia exhaust tired of the drone? :confused:

Here in NY is been pretty cold with all the snow and crap were getting. Lately it has been in the teens here. For some reason my invidia exhaust has gotten louder since it has gotten colder. Does cold temps realy affect the loudness/performance of the exhaust?

I know there is a break in period for exhausts and they do get louder but this is like someone humming loud in my head. When i get on the gas oh man forget it. LoL

All i can think of is putting some dynamat to kill some of the noise.
 
i only get that drone when its cold but goes away once it warms up.
 
Sound deadender helps. Doing the trunk and back seat make a big difference (what I've done) If you go further it can only get better. I have the material to finish the job but time is so hard to find.

Drone still bothers me occasionally @ specific RPM's.........
 
Yeah finding the time to sound dead takes time and patience i did 3 doors out of 4 at least 6 months ago aint finished yet! Call it lazy lol. Cold exhaust are loud
 
it drones. but sounds damn good on the v8. haha. and my supersprint on my bmw is real loud. that really drones. the invidia is nothing lol. well. i havent heard it on the v6.
 
i dont kno but so far i lovee my invidia it sounds so sexy compare to the oem it has that sound that make you want to just keep pushin the gas lol but for 3.59 a gallon i gotta stop lmaooo:laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh:

I used Deamplifier Pro and it did VERY well for road noise and okay for the exhaust but Tchuck and Jumbo both ran Dynamat and they had very good things to say about the sound difference after install. Personally I want the in-cabin exhaust sound (especially any drone) to be completely minimized, but that's just me.
 
it drones at 3k rpms and more. but i haven't noticed a difference based on weather. i keep a light foot to minimize the sound. it's definitely louder than how it started. i let my friend drive my car once and he said it didn't sound loud at all, rather very distinct, muffled and not ricey.

I used Brown Bread Ultimate, which did work really well.

+1 those noise plus from HFC made me had to take them off ( invidia ) and sold them for a big lost ( around more than a half what I paid for.). :tdown:
