"Currently Bluetooth is Off"

Hello all. My first post here.

Does anyone know how to turn off that stinking message "Currently Bluetooth is Off"? It is driving me crazy! I don't use the bluetooth in my FX35, '06 and would love to stick a sock in the CPU's pie hole, unless one of you know how I can shut her up!

I've searched high and low throughout the owner's manual. If it is in there, I am blind.

Welcome to iS! Never heard of anything like this. I used bluetooth with my old phone, but haven't used it for a year.

Just run through the setup for the bluetooth, which is in the manual. If you set it up (even if you dont plan on using it) it should reset.

Searched and found this old thread and Im having the same problem. Does anyone know if Holyfield's suggestion worked?
