Question-

I have been having problems with my headlight bulbs in my 99 civic DX. I have been using sylvina bulbs for a while and it seems that I have to replace them often, one to two times per year. Another one just went out. Would it be best to get a HID kit or higher quality bulbs from PIAA?

Id say go HID, you can get a decent kit w/ bulbs for around $100 that should last you a good while. Most people on here buy kits for their fogs, and say they last over 2yrs+
 
You might want to try going HID but some say its pretty blinding for oncoming drivers. I've had many friends tell me the sylvania (I am assuming Silverstars) bulbs burn out pretty quickly.
