Choice of spark plugs??? and choice of air filter

whats everyone using for spark plugs infiniti has them for about 15 a piece and found some at rockauto.com ngk brand their premium selection on rock auto for $7 a piece

Iridium IX lasts 60k miles:
NGK Part # 4469 {#LFR5AIX11} Iridium IX - $6.62

I'm running the Iridiums with no issues. Just have to take them out sooner.
