Update on the tires. Had a huge rain storm last night and the 420 AA A rating (specifically the traction AA) held true. Full confidence, like riding on rails.

The sidewall is definitely lacking compared to 285/35/24, so I might go back and suggest 285/30/24 Nittos or 295/30/24 Toyos for very slightly more sidewall.

Having such a stiff and short sidewall does have its advantages, handling and cornering is noticeably better. I'm riding on 40 psi cold and the ride comfort is fine.

Best I can compare is the ride is more similar to my BMW with run flats. Can't wait for my coilovers now, gap is huge.
