Change wood trim?

Hi
I bought my EX with the wood trim because it was the only one on stock here, but i don't
like the wood trim. Do i have a chance to change the trim panels on center
an the doors myself? I have 2 ideas:

1st / Change the panels with the aluminum/lacquer
- part numbers for order?
- price?
- where to buy (who ships to switzerland)?


2nd / Paint in black piano lacquer
- can i disassemble and assemble (after paint) the panels without damage?

Painting the trim is another option. All panels usually come off for easy access to wires, electronics, or replacement....prep work is key though, just make sure you find a good trustworthy paintshop. You could also try vinyl sticker as a temp fix, most of the surfaces look pretty flat.
