Carbon fiber wrap

I am looking at getting some carbon fiber wrap, and see that there are many different brands, finishes, etc. any advice on which one to buy? I was thinking matte finish would look the best. Any experiences or advice is appreciated

They all are about the same finish. Even the glossy is kind of satin. I would stick with the bigger brands like 3m 1080 or Hexis. Its easier to use and the adhesion is better. Or for a slightly more realistic look, get CF cloth (not actual CF) and a can of spray adhesive.

There is Simcarbon. Which is just like other wraps but having done my interior bits once with 3M and then redoing one piece in SimCarbon, i ended up doing everything else in simcarbon.

Its just as easy to use, if not easier since you dont have to worry about distorting the pattern too much. And it looks much better than the 3M counterpart.

I have not used the Hexis version. But I am sticking to SimCarbon for now, and there are a few other members who like this material.

Thanks, where can I find sim carbon ?

Zebra, is that 3m matte finish or glossy on your fx?
