Carbon Fiber console wires

Hey guys,

I'm in the middle of doing the Carbon Fiber interior DIY and I'm sort of stuck.
I have the door rests inside carbon fiber"ed".. so glad it was easy lol

as well as the shift knob:

But I'm stuck on doing the center console.. I can't seem to find a way to disconnect the wires lol, dumb? I know.
Can anybody give me feedback on this?

Damn iPod.. I thought it would record horizontally instead of vertically lol sorry
But yeah I see square tabs, but when I press them.. it does nothing.

Have you tried pressing the little square tab and then pull apart? Press hard..

I'll try again later today, though. I knew I shouldn't have cut my fingernails -____- I'll use a pen.

It would be easier if you took off your shift knob then you can get to the wires easily.

The shift knob is off in the video, I think it's just because the thicker cord is short.

Yeah, you need to push tabs really hard to disconnect the connectors.

damn nissan plugs u need to push the plug in while pressing the tab then pull the plug out.

Wow. Thanks, guys! It worked.. I used my mini screwdriver and pressed the tab really hard

..but I'm gonna have to redo the console again lol I messed up a bit with cutting. Patience is key, but I had none.
