Can you transfer music FROM Music Box to phone? FX35 2011

Does anyone have advice for how to get my music collection FROM Music Box to my phone or a memory stick? I have spent a decent amount of time copying only the songs that I like from the many CD's that I have. I would like to put that music list onto my phone to go mobile.
