can 03-08 oil pan fit on 2010 ?

I just got a 2010 FX35 with 30k miles on it.
while I did the oil change, my guy told me that better get the oil pan ready for next time..

I did search around, many seller said the first Gen 03-08 3.5L will fit on my 2010 3.5L

is it true?

please advice before I go order.

Whats wrong with the pan man?

my friend told me that the screws on the oil pan looks like almost strip.
maybe the dealer or the previous owner used too much torque on it.
so my friend suggested me change it before it getting old and rust,, hard to work on it if anything happen.

Perfect fix for a stripped oil pan. The only photo I could fine of my Ecoplug. The top is the magnetic plug and the bottom is the handle, a tool which allows to easily remove and install the plug. I love it. Strong magnet to collect fine metal so it doesn't recirculate.

but still the same question, 03-08 was using the same oil pan as 2010 ?
