Hi fellow members. I have a 2010 fx35 with 49,000 miles that can’t pass the emission test due to”no data available” that’s what test results show, I guess the smog equipment can’t comunicate with my car. I had taken my car to the Infiniti dealer and the technician can’t find nothing wrong with it. The dealer took my car to another smog test shop and the result still fail my car for “no data available”. My car tags will expire soon and I have no idea what to do next.

It sounds to me like your OBD connector may have a short or a disconnected wire - the dealership should be able to diagnose and fix that electrical problem.
Do they have a problem communicating with the car or is that only at the smog places?

Well i just got back from referee station and he could not establish comunication with smog equipment with my fx, he thinks is a bad ECU so I went back to the same dealer. The tech at the dealer will install a new ecu unit to see if that is the problem. I hope it fixes the problem.
